Gold and Sterling Silver should never come in contact with harsh chemicals, i.e. bleach or chlorine. Precious jewelry should be treated preciously.

Shipping + Returns
We have a 7 day return policy, from the date of delivery. Please email or call to tell us you will be returning the item, and we will refund everything except shipping upon the delivery (to us) of the item.
If the item needs to be modified (i.e. sized) please contact us and we will arrange the details on a case-by-case basis.
Custom made and made to order items are non-refundable, however we always provide a physical 3D model of custom and made to order items first, so you can have an idea of what you're receiving. You will never be surprised by the final product.
