FAQ:
Do you change watch batteries?
Yes, we can often change your watch battery on the spot but if we are busy we may ask you to leave the watch. The cost is usually $15 - $25 depending on the type of battery and type of watch.
Do you do jewelry repairs on the spot?
No, we do not do any work on the spot, unfortunately. We have an average turn around time of 1.5 - 2 weeks due to our high volume of work, though this depends on the volume of work we have in and the type of repair needed. We will provide an ETA when you drop the item(s) off.
Do you do jewelry appraisals on the spot?
Yes and no. We can offer a "verbal appraisal" on the spot, meaning a rough estimate of a scrap value or a retail value. If you are in need of a written, legal appraisal for insurance or estate purposes we ask you leave your items with us so they can receive a more thorough evaluation.
Do you buy jewelry?
We (almost) always buy gold, sterling silver, and platinum for its scrap value. Sometimes we may offer a higher-than-scrap price if we feel we can re-sell the item in our showcase. Sometimes we may also offer a consignment agreement. When you bring your item(s) in we will go through everything at the counter and give you our offer(s).

This ring set survived a tragic house fire. It required not only a significant amount of cleaning, but also the replacement of multiple diamonds which has been badly burned. We were thrilled to get this set back to it's owner looking brand new.
This ring was accidently dropped into a garbage disposal. We were able to fill and polish out the scratches and pits using our laser welder, as well as tighten the loose diamonds.
